Tai Chi improves balance, coordination, leg strength and flexibility. Movements derived from martial arts, are deliberately slowed to ensure posture and breathing are balanced.

QiGong (pronounced Chi Gong) is derived from Chinese health traditions and uses gentle flowing movements to build health by harmonising and balancing body energy.

Tai Chi and QiGong are combined in these classes. Relaxing for the mind and body, they are practised widely for rehabilitation, stress management and building a strong foundation for ongoing good health. They are easy to learn and involve a lifetime of practice.

Chris has been practising Tai Chi and QiGong since 1984. He is a member of Tai Chi Fitness Australia.
