Dru yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft, flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation, and is suited for all levels of fitness. It is the “Yoga of the Heart”. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, it works on body, mind and spirit-improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and rejuvenating your whole being. Each class includes traditional pranayama (focus on breath), asanas (physical movement) and deep relaxation.

Qigong and Tai Chi Instructor – Angela Cooney
Qigong and Tai Chi have a basis in Taoist Philosophy and a background in martial arts. Slow, controlled movements co-ordinated with the breath form a meditation in motion, balancing body, mind and spirit. A regular practice helps build strength, improves flexibility and mobility, calms the mind and promotes overall good health and vitality.
