Qigong and Tai Chi is an ancient Taoist practice with a background in martial arts to help integrate body, mind and spirit. Co-ordinated movements synchronised with the breath form a meditation in motion, with the added benefits of building strength, improving flexibility, mobility and balance.

A registration and health form will need to be completed before attending.
