Come and celebrate the completion of the renovated Recreation Centre and the acquisition of a new sound system. Music and entertainment will be provided by the Bay Boys and Jon and Maxine. Bring along your musical instruments, your best sing-along voices and a plate of finger food. A drinks bar will be operating. Click here for the lyrics of some of the songs (more to come later). To cover some costs, we’re asking for a gold coin donation at the door.

SIRA Membership fee increase to $30 from July 1 2023

SIRA’s membership fee income helps to cover expenses like membership management software and administration, public liability insurance, volunteers’ insurance and IT costs, and all of these costs are rising. The current membership fee of $25 (or $22.73 plus GST) has been in place since June 2018; if we were to apply CPI increase to that fee, and assuming current rates of inflation continue through to 30 June 2023, the adjusted fee would be $29.62. Taking these calculations into account, as well as our rising costs, SIRAC has voted to increase the SIRA membership fee $30 as of 1 July 2023.
