NBN UPDATE 15 JULY 2021
NBN outstanding external connections have not yet commenced. UCG anticipate these might begin at the end of July. Those residents without a lead-in cable/external box will be unable to connect to NBN until this is complete. You can still register with an RSP, however, if an appointment is made, it will not proceed.
Those showing as āIn Progressā please note that the internal activations are only occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so your appointment date must be made for one of those days. If not, no one will attend.
You should contact your RSP to confirm/secure an appointment and request the earliest date available that falls on a Tuesday or Thursday.
Much time and effort has been made to try and secure a simpler, systematic approach to the internal connection schedule, but to date this is unfortunately the procedure in place.
