Road Restoration Works delayed until August 9 – Scotland Island

Amended notice to residents

To The residents,

NSW Building and Civil Pty Ltd has been contracted to carry out the Road Restoration Works at Scotland Island on behalf of Northern Beaches Council.

Scope of work: 88 Sqm of Asphalt Road Restoration
Commencement Date: Wednesday 9th of August (Weather permitting)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (7am to 5pm), Sat (8am to 1pm)
Duration: 2 to 3 Days
Location: 6 Richard Rd, Scotland Island. (Refer image)

Please note that the duration of the works for this project may be delayed due to factors including weather, so the time specified on this letter is an approximate time.

During construction, please DO NOT park within the work zone. If vehicles are parked within the work zone and disrupting the continuation of the works, NSW Building and Civil will attempt to contact vehicle owners.

The work to be undertaken is noisy, however every effort will be made to minimise the impacts to residents. We apologise for any inconvenience that may arise due to the works. Your co-operation and patience will help us finish the work quickly and allow conditions to return to normal sooner.
