NBC invites comments on proposed bin screens
Northern Beachers Council would like comments on the proposed bin screens to be modified/added to Carols, Eastern and Tennis wharves.

The Eastern proposal is a bit more complex since it involves adding decking. Council’s intention for Eastern is to provide better access to the boats that tie up near the bins and to upgrade the ladders.
