Notification – Works Commencement

Catherine Park, Seawall Renewal Works

Please be advised the timber seawall renewal works will be commencing next week on Monday the 16th August, 2021.  

The works will be undertaken by All Waterfront Constructions Pty Ltd. 

Working hours are Monday to Friday (7am – 4pm). Works are expected to be completed by September weather permitting. 

Temporary signage will be erected in the park advising of the works later in the week. 

During this time,  sections of the park may be closed.

Northern Beaches Council apologise for any inconvenience.

Wharf update

The Wharves Working Group has been in touch with Northern Beaches Council to seek an update to the progress of the wharf works at Bell and Carols Wharves.

Due to delays in materials and the construction pause due to Covid, the current predicted timeframe for the build to be completed is October. We still await the opening of the application process from council for spots.

Please note: ALL existing spots on Bell and Carols wharves will be charged a fee (expected to be $100pa) and will require to be applied for.
