David Hegarty

During my 26 years on the Island (less a couple in the Bays) I’ve been involved in issues that impact our special home. Services that the mainland can take for granted have had to be fought for & of course, negative changes resisted. SIRA represents the intersection between our home, our community and everything that effects us here. I feel my background in environment, business and education combined with my SI experience will allow me to serve the community well through SIRAC.
