On this page you can find all information and instructions to enroll your child into the services provided by SIOCS.

Please follow the following instructions:

  1. Download the main enrolment form
  2. Download the Direct Debit (Ezidebit) form
  3. Fill out both forms: you can use Adobe pdf Reader to fill them out electronically, or print out manually.
  4. Fill out the online form below and attach the forms and documents (or indicate you will deliver them)
