Want to get fitter and stronger and meet a friendly bunch of people at the same time?
The Island Bootcamp (IBC) is on every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 7 am to 8 am. It is free of charge and everyone is welcome, whatever your age or fitness level!
The coaches are all volunteers from the group and we alternate through the month. Everyone exercises at their own risk and we ask that anyone joining us acknowledge that we are not professionals and that it is up to each person to decide which exercises are appropriate for your level of fitness.
