Road and stormwater works on Robertson Road: letter from NBC

SIRA has received the following letter from NBC:

To the Residents

Dear Sir/Madam

Re: Road and Stormwater Improvements on Robertson Road.

We’re carrying out road improvements as part of the NSW Government Infrastructure Betterment Grant Funding. Northern Beaches Council is proposing to undertake drainage and road surface improvement works on Robertson Road. The proposed work zone is shown in map below.

The works are anticipated to commence on 8th October 2024. Works will impact traffic and pedestrian movements between the hours of 7am and 4pm. Traffic management measures will be in place to ensure the works are carried out safely. We request all vehicle movements be planned around core work hours. Please note access to Robertson Road will be impacted throughout the works and only resident access will be provided (no vehicles). Alternative routes such as Richard Road and Florence Terrace will not be impacted by the works.

Works may be delayed by inclement weather. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Yours faithfully,

Renata Medina
