SIRA News: Another roadworks reminder: Florence Road starting Monday

.#Reminder for Florence Terrace roadworks 

Council will be preparing for roads and drainage works on Florence Terrace this coming Monday 29/9.

Please remember not to park buggies or vehicles at the intersection of Kevin Avenue and Florence Terrace i.e. opposite the phone box and at the top of Pittview Street leading to Tennis. Pino will be coming over tomorrow to mark out the area and so needs residents to keep these spaces clear to allow him to complete his stake out. He has moved materials to make some extra room below the Fireshed for parking and asks that all buggies park at a 45° angle to allow for more space.

It is going to be a logistical challenge to carry out these works and there will be access restrictions and closures but the crew will do all they can to help out residents where possible. Pino apologises in advance for any inconvenience but there is no choice if we want improvements in this location.
