Holiday Workshops

	THE WORKSHOPS Take part in five days of Creative Workshops To produce: • Festival lanterns • Banners and flags • Home-made musical instruments • Large-scale puppets • Costumes These elements will come together in one of the highlights of the Festival - a special parade and performance involving all workshop participants as well as other community members. This will conclude THE SCOTLAND ISLAND FAIR at dusk on Sunday, 31st October, 2004. All workshops are led by a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic group of community artists and musicians who will bring a broad array of skills to the program.
	WORKSHOP DETAILS Dates: Tuesday October 5th to Saturday October 9th, 2004. Times: 9.30 am - 3.30 pm Venue: Scotland Island Kindergarten and Community Centre Catherine Park (Tennis Wharf) Scotland Island. Cost: $35.00 per child per day $55.00 for two children $140/210 for five days. Transport: Children will be accompanied on the 8.55 am ferry from Church Point Wharf and the return journey, arriving back at Church Point at 3.55pm.
	THE WORKSHOPS will supply all materials and refreshments. YOU NEED TO BRING: • All your imagination • Your voice • Any musical instruments you play • Lunch and morning tea • Painting smock or shirt • Hat/jumper/raincoat - and • A sense of fun!
