SACRED CACAO CIRCLE
Hi Guys I will be doing sacred cacao circle with soundbath meditation Friday 26th at 7PM at the community hall.
It will be $40 for 2 hours. Booking are essential as it is limited to 20 person only.

We will have a special guest (Adriana form Colombia) bringing her beautiful voice and some sacred cacao from the Sierra Nevada.
Join us in this heart opening experience, as we gather to share a traditional cup of sacred cacao from the Sierra Nevada Mountains in North of Colombia, in South America. With the healing and nurturing properties of high quality cacao drink which is known as the medicine of the heart, you will be able to relax and release stress and tension from the body and mind. This is a great opportunity to get in touch with oneself and become more relaxed and grounded, while enjoying time connecting with others in a tranquil environment, delighted with sacred sounds.

Relax and enjoy the sound vibrations that will take you on a deep healing journey to balance your charkas, increase mental and emotional clarity, reduce stress & anxiety and past trauma.
You will be experiencing sound vibration of High frequency instruments such as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal singing bowls, powerful Gongs, etc…. as the vibration penetrate to a cellular level, restoring and re-calibrating mind, body and spirit. Adriana also uses her voice and a frame drum.
