Detail:
– It is an event with our Nova radio breakfast show, Fitzy & Wippa
– It is also in conjunction with Meat & Livestock Australia, specifically their Summer Lamb campaign
– We are looking to host 150-250 people for an afternoon/evening event
– Fitzy & Wippa will be broadcasting their show live from the island during the 6-7pm hour
– We will also be covering it live on social media. Then recapping with a video wrap up – we will use drones and hand held cameras to capture this
– Topline we’re looking to bring in;
o Bar to serve alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks
o Catering, possibly including a BBQ/cooking facilities
o Dance floor
o Marquees
– We will also be branding the island with Nova and MLA signage. I have noted from your earlier call that we cannot have this facing outwards.
