Anne has lived on the island for ten years with her husband and daughter, who is now away at university. Before moving back to Australia she lived in the Pacific and Asia, working as a primary school and TESOL teacher. She now does private tutoring, and loves gardening, particularly with native plants.

Dru yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft, flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation, and is suited for all levels of fitness. It is the “Yoga of the Heart”. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, it works on body, mind and spirit-improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and rejuvenating your whole being. Each class includes traditional pranayama (focus on breath), asanas (physical movement) and deep relaxation.
