Biography
Kundalini Yoga is a mind and body practice, known as the yoga of awareness.
A typical class includes asana (posture), meditation, relaxation, pranayama (breathwork) mantra (chanting) and mudra (hand position).
Monday mornings class 7.30 to 8.30 am
Friday mornings class 10.00 to 11.00 am
Sessions are in the Community Hall at Catherine Park. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters available or bring your own if you prefer.
$25 per class (no booking required, payment on arrival, eftpos available)
Please arrive early as we all want to be ready for the class to begin on time.
