Dominique describes her approach like this:

“I have been studying and practicing yoga for over 20 years, teaching for 12 years. I have explored many facets in the field of yoga, I have been certified Iyengar, which I taught for 7 years, in 2005 I discovered Anusara yoga which transformed my approach to my practice and teaching. Anusara means, to flow with life, to be open to grace and to let it guide you. It has taught me how be in life in a way which is more real and has brought me an inner peace and an easiness to be present that I profoundly enjoy sharing with people. My desire is to help people connect to that deeper part of themselves, their essential nature, using meditation, chanting, breathing and yoga postures. When I teach, I like to remind my students that the most beautiful poses are the ones which are expressed from within, sweetly and honestly, so it doesn't matter if one can do a particular posture or not, what matters is that you express yourself from your heart. This means that each student, regardless of capability or experience, is supported to start from the place they are comfortable with and move forward when that is able to be done with grace.”
